When you request a quote, you'll be directed to a form designed to gather information about your specific architectural rendering needs.

 

STEP 2:

Upon receiving your request, I'll promptly review your requirements and reach out to you via email or phone, typically within one business day. The purpose of this initial email or phone call is to provide you with an estimate of the cost before sending you a formal quote via email.

 

STEP 3:

Following the review of your request and our initial email or phone exchange, I'll proceed to prepare a formal quote for you. This quote will be sent to you via email, providing you with the opportunity to review and approve it. Once approved, we'll progress to the next step of the process.

 

STEP 4:

At this stage, I will generate a deposit invoice based on the approved estimate. The deposit required is 50%, and it can be paid through wire transfer or checks. This deposit will secure your spot on my schedule. Additionally, I'll send you a brief contract via email, which must be signed and returned before we proceed further.

STEP 5:

Once I've received your deposit, we're all set to get started. My goal is to deliver a stunning interior or exterior rendering that you can utilize for marketing, sales, or client communication purposes. To begin, I'll require all the necessary resources upfront. This includes CAD drawings, building information models, as well as details regarding colors and materials. The more information you can provide, the better I can tailor the architectural renderings to your needs.

 

STEP 6:

Upon receiving your project information, I'll commence constructing the 3D model. Within a few days, I'll send you a grayscale model proof via email. This proof is focused solely on verifying the accuracy of the model and does not consider environmental factors or composition. It's essential that you approve the proof for accuracy within 24 to 48 hours*. Any feedback or markups can be conveniently provided through my user-friendly online review software.

 

STEP 7:

Once the grayscale model has been approved by you, I'll proceed to incorporate the environment, colors, and materials, refining the composition as needed. Please note that any alterations to the model after the approval of the grayscale version will be subject to hourly quoting. After a few days, I'll send you a low-resolution color proof with watermarks for your review. It's crucial that this proof is approved for accuracy within 24 to 48 hours*. Any feedback or markups can be conveniently provided through my user-friendly online review software.

 

STEP 8:

I'll make any necessary tweaks based on your feedback and provide you with a second low-resolution proof featuring watermarks. Please note that my standard policy allows for two sets of revisions. If additional revisions are required beyond this, I'll provide a quote based on an hourly rate.

 

STEP 9:

At this stage, I'll proceed to render a high-resolution version of your architectural rendering, removing the watermarks. Additionally, I'll generate the final invoice, which must be settled before the delivery of the final high-resolution architectural rendering.
